About this property

You will love Naples from this ideally located condo on Naples Island, just 1/4 mile from Tin City, 1/2 mile from the incredible 5th Ave shops, restaurants, and galleries, and only 1 1/2 miles from the beach. This waterfront condo offers great views of the Marina and the Gordon River. It has updated flooring and paint and newer stainless steel appliances. NEW living room furniture in 2024. The bedroom has a king size bed. It features a walk in closet and a sink with large vanity and then walks through to the bath with updated vanity and a tub/shower. Your favorite spot to relax is sure to be on the lanai with sliding glass doors where you can take in the water views. The property features a large heated pool and hot tub as well as a patio area with gas BBQ grill. The building has an elevator and coin operated laundry room. Your rental includes all utilities, 200 mbps blast high speed internet, and Xfinity TV in living room and bedroom, and 1 dedicated parking stall for a car or SUV (no large trucks or motorcycles).
Stays longer than 90 days are subject to board approval.
NOTE: This condo was updated with hurricane windows in the lanai and bedroom, and final inspection date is pending.

**Note: minor lanai tile repair planned for May 2024. Anticipate access may be needed for 1-2 days. Rates have been reduced for the minor inconvenience.
**Pool repairs planned for summer 2024, and pool/spa will be unavailable during that time. Exact schedule has not been finalized.

Great place in a great location

I recently stayed here for 3 months while temporarily working in the area and I thoroughly enjoyed my time. The place was great and had everything I needed during my time. Amy the host was great too and helped make the stay even better.
