You will love Naples from this ideally located condo on Naples Island, just 1/4 mile from Tin City, 1/2 mile from the incredible 5th Ave shops, restaurants, and galleries, and only 1 1/2 miles from the beach. This waterfront condo offers great views of the Marina and the Gordon River. It has updated flooring and paint and newer stainless steel appliances. New living room furniture in 2024. The bedroom has a king size bed. It features a walk in closet and a sink with large vanity and then walks through to the bath with updated vanity and a tub/shower. Your favorite spot to relax is sure to be on the lanai where you can take in the water views. The property features a large heated pool and hot tub as well as a patio area with gas BBQ grill. Your rental includes all utilities, Xfinity Fast Internet with speeds up to 200 Mbps and Xfinity TV in living room and bedroom, and 1 dedicated parking stall for a passenger vehicle (no large trucks, work vehicles or motorcycles).
Coin operated laundry is available one floor down in the building and there is an elevator available for use.
Pool is converted to salt water as of March 2025.

Pool requires fob for access. Lost pool key fob will result in $100 charge for replacement.

No smoking, no pets. Stays over 90 days require association approval.

No large pickups, vans/RV, commercial vehicles, motorcycles in parking lot. Stays over 90 days require approval.
