Great place, horrible rental company
The Villa is beautiful, fabulous restaurant, sparkling pools, steps from the beach, peaceful... I could go on. But this rental company is the WORST. When I first booked they approved my trip, then a week later responded that I would need to vacate the day after arrival because the owner wanted it for that same time. I was able to reschedule for a different date 2 weeks earlier. They did not send me check in information at all, I had to call the day of arrival and they wouldn't answer the phone until the fourth call. They finally texted me info to get in half an hour after our check in time. We had to pay extra for pool bands and a parking pass just TWO DAYS before our trip. The first night we were locked out because they have a doorknob with no key (only the deadbolt). There's no after hours number to call, only text. The person who was texting me was incredibly rude, I ended up calling my own locksmith for their oversight. Even the locksmith said that's a very irresponsible property owner to not have a key for a lockable door. They expect you to wash their linens the day you leave. Then they tried to say that we stole the pool bands they charged us extra for when the bands were all left in the unit. We even found 2 additional bands in the unit when we first got there. We will be back to this resort, but NOT through this horrible company. I should have read other reviews before booking because it seems other guests have had the same negative experiences I have.
