Maisonette 200 m from the beach. Direct access to the beach of the 5 pineaux, to the corniche and to the cycle path at the end of the street, and access to several beaches. Quiet seaside resort. Residential and quiet area, nature conducive to relaxation.

The maisonette gives direct access to the beach, and to the cornice at the end of the street, allows you to get around on foot or by bike. The house is located about 3 minutes by car from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, via the corniche with a breathtaking view!

Come and enjoy the beaches, forests, the Vendée corniche, amusement water parks (Atlantic Tobogan, Dino's Park, etc.). The Devil's Hole and the salt marshes to visit

It is composed of: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140X190, Living room (sofa bed for 2 people, with a real comfortable mattress), 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
Towel dryers, Hairdryers. Televisions and Wifi.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, extractor, induction hob, toaster, kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

Basic equipment:

-Sheets are provided and beds are made on arrival. End of stay cleaning included.

Towels are not provided. Towel rental is possible (5 € per unit), to be requested when booking.
