Why they chose this property

We wanted it all. This unit is very close to the beach. Just a few steps and we have feet in the sand. We wanted a building with only a few floors. Less units means less people to share the beach with. There are no high rise buildings next to gulf gate. Unit 104 has a grassy area, pool, is steps from the beach and on the ground floor. We love that we don't have to carry bags up stairs and elevators. The view of the gulf is gorgeous!
