All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (sorry, the “adjust-to-person-size” option was not available). **Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.**
A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**


**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After a very short ride by car or bicycle, you will be able to reach the Avenue Maréchal Juin, a main thoroughfare which will lead you to the following points of interests within about 5 minutes:

- The center of Cannes where you will be able to explore its small streets and its famous Rue d’Antibes

- The no-less famous beaches of the Croisette, where you may see some movie stars...

- The picturesque Port Canto harbor where you will be able to rent a luxury boat, or just sit on a bench and do people-watching, depending on what your banker recommends...

- The upscale Bijou Plage beach club, where you can sip a delicious cocktail (with or without alcohol, depending on your preference).

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
