Good views
Beautiful home with great views. Lacked a lot of basic necessities for our stay (ie. toilet paper, wash cloths, paper towels, beach towels, etc.) Hosts were confusing about check-out procedures and didn’t respond to questions we had.

Wow what a house! The views are amazing of the sound. Double glass sliding doors to the back deck give a full view and are are seen from almost every floor. The house was clean, big but cozy. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

Nice house and location
This is a great house in perfect location. It's on the sound side with great views while only a few minute walk to the beach. Overall the house is new and very nice, although it's lacking in furniture and kitchenware. We made do with what was there, but recommend you bring any cooking utensils you will need. The only big issue we had was the third floor. It's listed as a bedroom, but its more of a loft room above the living room. It doesn't have a closet or a door, so it's very noisy if others are up and there is absolutely no privacy. To make matters worse, the bed on the third floor is closer to a futon and it is the worst mattress I've ever slept on. It's a rock solid price of foam with no cushion. We debated sleeping on the couch in the living room to avoid that mattress. The bunk beds in the kid room are also really wobbly and seemed about ready to collapse. We let our kids sleep on the bottom beds due to fear the tops would fall. Overall we enjoyed the house and our stay. However I recommend the listing should be clear about the "3rd floor bedroom" and replace those beds.

Renter Beware
New construction with very misleading description of the property! Yes the views are fabulous however there is no deck furniture to sit in so you can actually enjoy the view. The screen porch has no table or chairs either. The boat lift DID NOT work and the water access IS NOT deep water unless you are within 90 minutes of high tide plus or minus. The primary reason I selected this property was for the deep water dock and boat lift. The master bedroom has a foam topper that feels like something from the hardware store, not at all designed for luxury. The bedroom in the upper section of the house is smaller and nothing but a cheap firm foam mattress so unless you like sleeping on concrete you will be disappointed. The roof line of the house itself only extends half way above the front & side steps so if it rains you get soaked by the force of the runoff from the roof. Upon arrival there was no grill to cook outside as described in the online description; this was rectified the next day. I spoke to the property manager the day we checked in and he indicated we could catch up to discuss a partial refund the following week. So far, all of my efforts to communicate with the property manager have been ignored so I was left with no other choice but to dispute 50% of the rental charge with my credit card company.
