Everything you need across the street from the beach. Ground floor, Oceanside, no staircase. It is only five blocks away from the bridge. Perfectly balanced in the middle of the island from North end to South end.
Linens are supplied for the beds, towels are supplied. Beach towels are supplied, plenty of toys for the kids, boogie boards, surf boards, and more.  Bathroom amenities, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, hand sanitizer, to get started and more. Kitchen, ice maker, coffee, filters, creamer, to get started, griddle, slow cooker, and more. Outside, 5ftx10ftx18 inch pool, small blowup hot tub, beach wagon, gas and charcoal grill, charcoal and liter fluid supplied, and more.  If there's anything special you're thinking about bringing down we may have it here, just let me know what it is and we may accommodate. Absolutely fabulous place... extremely clean, fully stocked kitchen, tons of room, and best of all, about 100 feet to the beach access. Owner was on top of everything, extremely responsive and accommodating. Loved it and can't wait to come back next year!

We had a wonderful 6-day stay. We loved the short walk to the beach. The place is cozy and clean, and nearly everything is supplied for you. The owner is on point with anything you need. Great place to stay!

This stay was wonderful as Jim was very accommodating. It is also located right across the street from the beach! This place was well prepared and had everything we could have possibly needed. We will definitely be staying here again if we are in the area in the future!

Rental was clean and roomy. Located within walking distance to restaurants and events in Surf City. This was our second time renting this summer and have not been disappointed with our decision.

Awesome visit

We came to visit with our daughter whom lives in the area. We brought our youngest daughter and two friends who have never been to the area. It was the perfect space we needed with a very short walk to the beach and nice to walk to surf city and activities. Will definitely stay again.

Best House by the Beach!

Our stay here was so amazing. Our check in process was great and we were able to check in a lot earlier than expected to spend the day by the beach. There were tons of additional perks included that we got to enjoy like all the beach gear and a wagon. Jim even set up an extension cord for us to charge our electric car. On top of all of that we were allowed to stay late into the last day because no one was checking in after us. Would highly recommend this spot!!

Quick Trip

Property was perfect for 3 travelers. Communication and hospitality from the host made this a quick and easy stay. We even had a smores kit for a little treat. We stayed here so we could cook our own meals and it had everything we needed to grill and make a nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Great place plus great location!

This VRBO has everything you need for your stay. Super clean, comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen essentials, games, chairs, convenient location. Beach access #12 is right across the quiet street. Less than a mile walk down the street to shops and the bridge. Jim is quick to respond if you need anything. Would highly recommend this place!

Relaxing 50th birthday

I booked this property for my husband’s 50th birthday as he finally wanted to take a vacation. The property was excellent and had everything we needed and was very close to the beach and two access points.
