Enjoy the privacy of a stand alone home at an affordable price. With ocean and sound views, it is less than a two minute walk to the beach. Our clean and comfortable beach house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms all on one floor. The house sleeps 8. We are pet friendly too. You will be renting directly from the owner, and we want to make sure you enjoy your stay at our house.

Price includes all bed linens and towels. For your convenience, we provide beach towels as well as beach chairs, a beach wagon, and various beach toys for kids. We also have a stroller and Pack n’ Play if needed. To get you “started,” we also supply complimentary essentials such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and Keurig coffee cups.

*Information regarding bed linens-We have 2 sets of bedding for each bed. All bedding is changed out and washed thoroughly between each rental. This includes all bed quilts, pillow shams, and sheets. The beds will be all ready when you arrive along with clean towels.

The location of this house allows you the convenience of walking to and from the beach easily. It’s a quick, straight walk to the beach. You can see the ocean and beach access from the front porch. Relax on the front porch while taking in the view of the sound on one side and the ocean on the other side. Enjoy time together in the large, open living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen area. Each bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room and each bedroom has a flat screen television equipped with Roku, Hulu Live, Netflix, and other streaming sites. You can watch local channels too. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with separate shower and large tub. There is a washer and dryer and high speed internet for your convenience.

Our home is located between the two bridges on the island in North Topsail. The house is approximately 5 miles from Surf City. Our home is on a quiet, dead end street on the sound side. Kids can play outside. You can rinse off after the beach in our enclosed, outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is also a picnic table, gas grill, and additional seating under the house. Plenty of parking. There is even room for your boat. Grassy area for your four legged friend too. Andrews’ Produce, seasonal, is walking distance right around the corner.
