This house was a good fit and very cozy the owners took extra care and making sure everything was perfect from having coffee to all the basic needs I would love to comeback next year

This is such an easy and relaxing place. Tucked in with the best views.Topsail Steamer knocked our flip flops off. Quiet and easy time with fun of surf or sound. The only thing I would change is having shade over the front porch.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The view from the deck was amazing - with the sound on one side and ocean on the other. It was a short walk to the beach and if we have occasion to head to Topsail again, we would love to stay at this pretty house!

Location was excellent, could see sound on one side of the deck and ocean from the other! We especially liked the great room. Everyone could spread out and claim their favorite spot! But, hands down, the kitchen was the real winner. We had every appliance we could possibly want, lots of spices, and dishes for storage, eating, and glassware for drinking! It was a nice bonus to walk in to a very clean home too!

This property was perfect for my family on Spring Break. The weather was little cool and this property allowed us to have an amazing stay despite the chilliness. I was so thankful for how everything we may have forgotten was available.This is our last summer at Fort Bragg, but if we are able to make trip back to Top Sail, I will absolutely look for this property

Nice location. With good view of the ocean and a spectacular view of he sound. My wife, my daughter, her family along with myself. Enjoyed our stay. Cottage was very clean and with nice space to rest comfortably. Easy access to beach shops and places to eat. In either direction you choose to drive.

Great weekend

The house is located just a short walk away from the beach access and a short drive from all of topsails main amenities. I had an excellent time with my family and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice comfy get away

If I could give this property 10 stars I would!

This house was absolutely perfect! The location to the beach, it smelled amazing walking in, the sheets were cozy, the bathroom towels and rugs were new, everything was perfect and we can not wait to return hopefully in October.

Loved our stay

My family had a wonderful time visiting Topsail. The beach house was the perfect size for my family. It was very clean and exactly what was seen in pictures. The short walk to the beach was wonder. We plan to visit Topsail again next year and would definitely rent this beach house again.

Beach trip 2022

We were very happy with our stay the house was clean and up to date. The walk to the beach was short and there were good restaurants on the island to pick from.
