We had a great stay at Lorson Landing! Beautiful home with costal decor- just perfect for our family of 4. Only a 5–7 min walk to the beach and the deck overlooking the marsh was quite breathtaking.

The House in Surf City was amazing! Everything from our check-in to check-out was very smooth. The house was very clean and very comfortable. I did bring my pet (dog) along for the trip which was awesome and very comfortable for him as well. We really enjoyed our stay from the comfort of the house to the closeness of the beach and restaurants as well as the beautiful views off the back and roof decks. Definitely a week of relaxation and we really enjoyed our trip. We would definitely like to return to this same house again. Thanks for such great accommodations and a great vacation!

We truly enjoyed our long weekend in Topsail! The home was very clean and comfy, with a modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms with lovely, comfortable beds, and a clean, updated laundry area. Beach chairs, a wagon, and kayaks were welcome additions that added to the fun without additional expense or packing!“Even better” would have included more livingroom seating (for stretching out) and fewer food items left in kitchen cupboards (we had to clear to make room for our own stuff).All in all, a wonderful experience!

A great base for an enjoyable family vacation! Gorgeous views of the Intercoastal from the multiple balconies. Kayaks and bikes to get around. And a short walk to the beach. Pet friendly and well-maintained. Didn’t try the hot tub- too many other activities on this trip. We would definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic home! We loved everything about our stay, the house was gorgeous, super comfortable, had everything you could need. The 3 decks looking over the water had a lovely cool breeze, and it was fun having 2 kayaks to explore the water and bird watch! It was an easy walk to a beautiful and not too crowded part of the beach, far enough away from town to avoid the big crowds but close enough to walk down in the morning for coffee! Our host, Missy, was super responsive, helpful and friendly. We can't wait to come back to this perfect Surf City vacation house!

We had a wonderful day here. This was our second stay and definitely plan to return. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions that I had. The place was very clean and everything was just as nice as the photos.

Enjoyable Trip

Very nice property with great view

Home was clean and very nicely decorated. Location was excellent, close to everything including the beach. View from the back porches was beautiful especially at sunset. Would definitely stay here again!
