Your family will be “Shorely Blessed” to stay in this stunning 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom single-family home located on the canal streets in Surf City. This property is just a short distance away from the beach as well as local shops and restaurants, your family will be able to enjoy all the Topsail Island has to offer.

This property will sleep up to 12 adults and offers a King bed, two Queen Beds, two pyramid Bunk beds, and a Twin bed.

With stunning Intercoastal and Ocean views, tasteful decor, and all the conveniences of home what’s not to love?

➤PETS ALLOWED with payment of a fee per pet (Max - 1 under 50 Lbs).

➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

➤A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Peak summer and Holiday seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our off-season.
