5 star for the price

Overall the property we stayed at was 5 star for the price point per night, kitchen is not equipped to cook, dishes are minimal and the kitchen was “used”. The backyard while they allowed pets was unkept and when it rained became gross and soggy. I needed the backyard for my pets and they didn’t want to walk through the standing water. Egg rock or something back there needs to be done. You are paying for what you get, it sufficed for the time but improvements need to be made. We stayed for 2 weeks in this unit.

This gem is located in the old part of the town; you might find some interesting-looking houses along the street, which is part of the neighborhood's charm, but rest assured it's a safe locale. It's a top pick for guests regarding extended stays, and even for short-term stays! Overall, our properties have already rendered 21,000 nights + delightful nights to over 5,000 guests (and counting!). Oh! Did I forget to tell you that we have an awesome security system?

It's very close to Main Street in Pineville. This means you are close to businesses and food. You will also be less than 5 minutes from Rapides Regional Medical Center and about 10 minutes from Cabrini Hospital.
