Completely repainted, new carpet, new full-size bed, ceiling fans, balcony furniture, spice rack in the kitchen for your cooking needs. 2-bedrooms/ 1-Kingsize/1-full-size and the sofa makes another bed. 2-full-size bathrooms in each bedroom. You will enjoy the sunsets from the balcony. Fully furnished and ready for your vacation fun in the sun. Lagoon pool, parking garage,restaurant, coffee shop, tennis courts, gym, basketball court, grills outside area for cooking & so much more.

Load the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please take all trash out of the room and make sure you put the wet towels in the bathrooms hanging over the racks or tub. The trash shoot is next to the elevator coming up to your floor.

Please do not hang anything on the balcony it will blow away.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our COA does not allow any smoking in the building at all. NO SMOKING IN OUR CONDO or BALCONY, IF YOU DO YOU WILL PAY up to a $500.00 cleaning fee.

Please do not hang anything on the balcony railing it will blow off. Put wet clothing and towels in the bathrooms not on the furniture.

Trash shoot is the door on the left near the two elevators on each hall. Please no boxes, bring those downstairs in the dumpsters. Have fun
