This 4-story residence offers the convenience of on-site shops and the ski slopes across the street, as well as the ESF (French Ski School). Facilities include lifts and ski lockers, and public parking at the foot of the building. Surface area : about 24 m². 1st floor. Orientation : North. View valley. Living room with bed-settee (130*190), flat screen TV. Alcove with 2 bunk beds, curtain to close. Kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, 4 cooking rings, fridge-freezer. Shower room with shower, washing machine. Separated WC. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
