Great location, but had several niggles

The check in process was easy, the lady we dealt with was helpful. We had order linen and towels but had to wait 4 days for 2 sets of towels, whuch was inconvenient (we were a group of 4) we had issues with the hot water, none for over 24 hours, but it was resolved fairly quickly, and an alternative shower was provided while they sorted the problem. By way of compensation the management company offered to clean the apartment FOC, I hope this is still the case, i will update here if necessary. One thing you should veaware of, the management company keep hold of the deposit for 10 daya, seems excessive to me...
