Nice Homey Large Condo for a family

Nice property - All the amenities needed for a home, cooking wise, bathroom amenities, washer and dryer etc. Just bring the groceries. Nice warm homey atmosphere. Hot tub broke right before our stay so could not use that, but new one ordered for the next travelers. All in all a very nice place - We spent our family Christmas holiday here.

The condo was clean, nice and quiet. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Although the ground outside our condo had a lot of little pieces of trash. The people above us had a large dog that peed on the deck and dropped down on the patio outside our room. The people above us weren’t loud just up late and you could hear everything pretty easily. The doors didn’t have a shade and people walking their dogs behind could look right in. There was 3 condensing units out our windows that kicked on and off all night. There wasn’t a thermostat for us to turn off or down the ac.
That was 3 piles of pee just outside our door.

The host team was absolutely amazing. One of our family members can generally only take a few steps, it was misunderstood/not clear from photos and when we arrived, weren’t sure what to do. A property manager happened to be walking past, just said hello, asked if he needed anything and then and after talking about the mobility concern, offered to help my Dad find an alternative if needed. They called with an option within a few minutes, but we decided to stay.Fantastic location, amazing property contacts, and great communication in all steps of the stay, would absolutely recommend to others!

Not as clean as the reviews said

Was not very clean.. carpet was very very dirty with large stains. Even felt dirty to walk on the carpet (crunchy as my DIL put it). Kitchen floor had stuff on it like it hadn't been swept. Tile floors and baseboards were very dirty. Pillow case had a stain on it. All previous reviews about this condo were how clean it was- we were really shocked. The AC struggled to keep the unit cool- felt like it wasn't working at full capacity. We also had to message the property mgr after 4 for the gate code to enter the property and for the code for the door- the first few codes did not work. It had not been sent to us for check in. Some one else staying there eventually gave us a working code. We also specifically looked for pet friend properties and while the dog was allowed in the condo, others staying on property told us dogs were not allowed on the "private beach" that comes with your stay here. We wish we had known that.
