IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pool Closed & Construction February 19th - March 1st, 2024. Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, there will be excessive construction noise, including jack hammering, as well as the presence of dust. Pool will remain closed and re-open on March 2, 2024.

Enjoy the beach life at Pelican Pointe Hotel and Condo. Cozy accommodations with free parking and a heated pool, just a short walk across the street from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Unit #421 is nestled in the corner behind the elevator, granting you the peace and quiet that comes with being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel's main areas. While it does not have a balcony, it compensates by featuring a window that allows ample natural light to fill the space and offers a street view.

Location:
Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is in the heart of Clearwater Beach located across the street from one of the top rated beaches in America! Walking distance to restaurants, night life and all of the wonderful activities Clearwater Beach has to offer.
Please Note: There is ongoing construction on the property just north of our hotel. This does not affect our property, grounds or amenities although you may experience construction noise and dust during your stay.

Accommodations:
Our studio room offers the best value for experiencing Clearwater Beach and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This room features a queen size bed and a spacious living area of 345 square feet. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

Pictures are not accurate

The room is must smaller and for the price I would have rather stayed at the Hilton. No place to sit and watch television when it rained outside. No where to sit outside your room. One chair and that is for the smokers to sit and smoke. Smokers are a big problem at this location. The smoke is everywhere. Room has very poor upgrades and the bed is horrible. My husband I both left with back pain.

If there are ever any issues, we always urge our guests to contact the front desk and let us know so that we can swiftly take care of them. You had booked one of our studio rooms that do not have a view and are the most economical way to enjoy Clearwater Beach. We take the smoking issue seriously. We remind guest of the smoking section and that no other substances are permitted. We catch the majority of them but cannot be ever-present. Unfortunately, some things are out of our control, and we do our best to address issues as quickly as they arise.

Bed needs a new mattress and street noise is very loud on the weekends. Nice place for 2 people.
