Oceanfront Perfection: Venice Beach FL, San Marco Unit 705 - Monthly Rental

Top floor unit with beautiful view of beach, ocean, and sunset from all windows. One king bed (BR1), one queen bed (BR2), and one twin bed (BR2) with an additional full sized Serta air mattress for lots of sleeping space. The Crow's Nest Oceanfront Bar & Grille is only 1/4 mile away for drinks and dinner. Bike and kayak rental available here, as well. 1.5 miles to downtown Venice with shops and restaurants. Beach chairs, towels, starter essentials included with condo, as well as stocked kitchen to make yourself at home. The Venice's Freedom Boat Club is in walking distance to rent a boat to spend a marvelous day on the water. Monthly rentals only, minimum 25 days. Come spend a month (or more) in paradise.

2nd Stay

The fact that we returned says a lot. Located right on a great beach, walking distance to downtown, clean unit with new appliances and a responsive host made for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Million-dollar view. Unit contained EVERYTHING necessary for a comfortable stay. Host provided numerous referrals for restaurants, activities, etc. Host was responsive and provided a smooth check-in.
