Penthouse Tranquility - Spectacular Views of the Gulf and back waters.

Welcome to your serene retreat at Bonita Beach and Tennis Club. This condo is equipped for your total vacation experience. The lanai overlooking Fish Trap Bay also with partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the boats going through these waters. Walk across the street to the beautiful white sandy beach of Bonita Beach, where you can walk for miles. There is dining on the beach at Doc’s Beach House or at Coconut Jacks which overlooks the back waters. There you can indulge in delicious coastal cuisine. Activities on the beach include jet skis, kayaking and parasailing. The condo is located on the 10th floor, and is equipped with a full kitchen, sheets, towels, beach towels & chairs. The kitchen has everything you need to create a delicious home-cooked meal with a full-size oven/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, cookware, flatware, coffee maker, and even a small crock pot. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach cooler are available for your convenience.
. Free wi-fi and basic cable are also available for your convenience. The 2 pools have been redone and are open!!! Pickleball, is now available for your use. The complex does still have construction taking place from the hurricane but we are open, the sun is shining, and the waves keep coming in for a beautiful vacation. It is a studio apartment which will sleep 2-in a king size bed and 2-small children in a full size pull-out sofa.

This is a nice place to stay if you want to easily go the beach. You can walk right across the street. The unit had beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, a cooler, and sand toys. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice stay.

Great Room!

We loved staying here! It’s super close to the beach and it has a few resteraunts nearby. They also provide some beach essentials which really helped us out. The only thing I would say is the area has some construction going on so it was a little difficult to navigate at first but once we figured everything out it was not a problem! I highly recommend staying here!

Bonita Springs centrally located

Great views yet not directly overlooking the gulf! This is the quiet side of the building, with little or no traffic noise. Beach just across the street. Pools were not crowded. Lots of places to eat GREAT seafood (and other food) within easy walking distance! Plenty of parking. Common areas were clean and well lite. This unit is small but has all the comforts of home. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, even play toys and a cooler! Screened in balcony was a favorite place to unwind! Owner was flexible with our check-in too! THANKS Chris and Beth!

Nice place close to the beach

This place was a in a convenient location close to the beach. It was nice having beach towels, chairs etc for the beach too. The balcony is screened in and isn't much of a beach view and doesn't get much sun. The construction going on around the building i a little bit of a downfall. There are a couple gates to the parking lot that are locked for whatever reason so you have to drive all the way around to get to the last couple buildings. The pools appear to be usable but are closed which was disappointing because the ocean is much too cold right now.There were some issues getting the hot water working in the beginning but that was resolved.Overall I just think the price didn't quite reflect the quality of the stay.
