Besser putzen und mal investieren

Erster Eindruck- Es war nicht richtig sauber, (vgl. Fotos)- Unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung, vor allem im Küchenbereich und aus der Matratze. Eine Melange aus Raumspray, Feuchtigkeit und Putzmittel.Ausstattung- Konnten keinen Grill (auch im Kellerraum) finden.- Die unbequemen Stühle im Wohnbereich sind Gartenstühle (auch auf den Fotos auf FeWo-Direkt so zu sehen).- Tisch im Außenbereich verrostet.- Jalousie im Wohnbereich läuft teilweise leer, man muss manuell nachhelfen.- Es gab, wie es eigentlich üblich ist, keine Informationsmappe. Die Funktion und das Einloggen in das Internet mussten wir uns selber erschließen. Es lagen keine Anleitungen bzw. Informationen vor.Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es müsste dringend investiert werden.

Super sympa

Une cachette entre une ferme et la mer. Le logement est spacieux et hyper pratique. La proprio très sympa et serviable. Mais le charme secret de cette maison, c’est la communauté de voisins super sympas et chaleureux. J’ai passé un moment merveilleux au milieu de ces gens très accueillants. J’aurai aimé pouvoir rester plus longtemps parmi eux. Je reviendrai surement.

Emplacement parfait! Logement très propre très facile d’accès au rez-de-chaussée Taille du logement qui convient largement pour un couple, très fonctionnel. Dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Propriétaire sympa et disponible en cas de besoin
