15 minutes from Vannes, near the sea 100m, beach 300m and 300m from the village: charming little duplex, neat deco in Breton residence on 1 floor. Private parking space in the residence.
The apartment is on the 1st and last floor and includes an entrance, a living room fully equipped kitchen, small balcony for lunch in the sun, bathroom, toilet and small room bed sofa 1 person + 1 bed drawer 1 person.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140cm for 2 people.
Provision of 2 adult bikes, 1 child bike, 2 scooters (many bike paths), tennis rackets (tennis court in residence), board games and beach games. TV, no wifi, linen not provided;

sehr liebevoll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung, mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert und gestaltet. Steile Treppe zu den beiden oberen Schlafräumen, die man natürlich auch runter muss, wenn man nachts auf Toilette muss. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Und unten gibt es ja auch einen Schlafraum.Alles drin, was man braucht, ein Baumwollgeschirrtuch wäre noch schön, ebenso eine Spülbürste. Ich habe sowas allerdings sowieso immer dabei. Fußläufig zum Meer und in den Ort. Herrliche Wander und Fahrradtour Möglichkeiten vor der Tür. Bezaubernde kleine Orte in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Was meinen Mann am meisten begeistert hat: Segelbootverleih am Strand, sogar vor Saisonbeginn!

Idéalement situé, fonctionnel, cosy et très propre. Stéphanie est très réactive et accommodante. Arrivée et départ facilités par la boite à clefs. A noter : pour les personnes âgées ou à difficulté de mobilité, l'escalier pour la chambre principale est très raide et les marches peu profondes.

Bonne adresse! L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 2 pas de la plage et 5 minutes des commerces à pied. L'endroit est également parfait pour découvrir la région. Location calme, fonctionnelle et bien située. Idéale pour profiter à pied ou à vélo des plages et du village. Paysages changeants selon la météo, les marées et les divers points de la côte. On en redemande !

Agréable, fonctionnel et bien situé.

L'appartement est très propre, très bien organisé et possède 3 chambres séparées, ce qui n'est pas négligeable, ainsi qu'un petit balcon/terrasse. La propriétaire nous a également mis à disposition 3 vélos, et nous avons profité du terrain de tennis quasiment tous les jours. Ne manque que la vue sur mer!
