Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (SENSEO) extra). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in wunderbarer Umgebung verbracht! Das Haus war sauber, toll ausgestattet und liegt optimal zu den Stränden und der Innerstadt des Hafenörtchen Piriac. Wir wurden perfekt vom Hausservice empfangen und verabschiedet! Klare Empfehlung!

Ein wunderbares Haus an einem wunderschönen Ort

Sehr modernes, gut ausgestattetes und geschmackvoll gestaltetes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besser kann man nicht wohnen. Piriac sur mer ist ein schöner kleiner Ort, der unter der Woche eher verschlafen im positiven Sinne wirkt und an langen Wochenenden gerne von französischen Familien und Touristen besucht wird, wir haben diesen Wechsel sehr genossen. Beides (Haus und Ort) absolut empfehlenswert!

Une pépite pour un séjour à Piriac

Maison neuve, lumineuse, ouverte sur la nature, fonctionnelle, ergonomie parfaite, chaleureuse en hiver avec le poêle à pellets, les propriétaires ont pensé à tout, (équipement+++) avec cadeau de bienvenue. Literie haut de gamme. Propreté impeccable. Accueil et contact parfait et sympathique avec Annabelle. A 1 minute a pied de la mer, 10 minutes du port par la plage ou par la route.
