ideally located 50 meters from the sea in a private cul de sac, very nice holiday home with garden and terrace, east / south orientation. Near the cliff (beautiful ballad). 8 minutes walk from the center of the "village" and shops. The house of 150 m2 consists of a large double living room overlooking the garden and terrace with kitchen and fireplace, upstairs three bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a large double bed and sea view, 1 bedroom with a bed 120 cm, 1 bedroom with a large double bed and a large loggia overlooking the garden. Dressing rooms or closet in each bedroom, a bathroom and a shower room, 2 WC

Si l'emplacement et la description de la maison sont conformes au descriptif de l'annonce, je regrette son côté négligé et poussiéreux. Il aurait été de bon ton pour la propriétaire de signaler qu'un chat avait séjourné dans la maison, ce qui m'a voulu un traitement contre les crises d'asthme dues à la présence de poils de chat. Le canapé blanc du salon est maculé de tâches ; des clous dépassant de l'un des bancs attenant à la table de salle à manger ont causé des accrocs à deux vêtements. La présence de trous aux abords de la fosse septique a nécessité l'intervention d'un dépanneur à la suite de l'embourbement d'un de nos véhicules sans que la propriétaire ne propose le moindre dédommagement.L'expérience de ce séjour nous a laissé un goût amer.

Vor 3 Jahren haben wir dieses Haus kennengelernt und uns dort, als auch im Ort Piriac, so wohl gefühlt [vgl. unsere damalige Bewertung], dass wir nun wiederge-kommen sind. Kein Ferienhaus "von der Stange", nicht rundherum perfekt, man sollte einen gewissen Charme des Alters mögen. Wir tun das und auch die Betreung durch die sehr sympathische Nelly hat zu einem sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt geführt. petit b-moll: le temps un peu trop "breton".

Repos garanti dans charmante maison de vacances

Très bonne location à 50 m de la mer avec grand jardin où nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances (2 adultes). Une maison avec le charme d'une ancienne habitation familiale ce que nous préférons toujours à ces locations de vacances "préfabriqués" sans âme. Procédure d'arrivée un peu insolite (par téléphone), mais nous avons bien apprécié alors la communication sans problèmes avec la très sympathique propriétaire. Merci Valérie. En somme - une expérience à refaire !
