Everything was neat and clean, no clutter which was great. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathroom clean and easy to use. Kitchen could use a few cooking utensils and baking sheet but nothing that would affect our stay! Outdoor space is perfect , overall our experience was outstanding! Thanks again

Cute home, clean, pool was awesome even had some floats to use in the deck box. We used the grill one day. They had alls sorts of dishes pots and pans for us to use. Its so close to the main strip with any store or restaurant you can imagine, Manatee beach was lovely. They checked in with us and were quick to respond to my questions. If we go again we'd stay longer at this house.

Fantastic back yard!

This house was exactly as listed and had the most amazing backyard for kids and family. Pool is really nice with lots of lounge chairs and a basketball hoop in the pool which we spent a lot of time playing. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and more than we expected. I had one request for extra blankets when we arrived and the host responded within minutes of my message and had more blankets delivered by morning. I would definitely recommend this house and the location is really close to Anna Maria Island. We also enjoyed evening walks in the neighborhood.

Spring break Family of Three

This home was more than we expected. The pictures don't do it justice. The property is easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood and a short distance to everything (minus traffic). The owners were very accommodating. The pool umbrella was broke and after informing them they personally brought us a replacement within a few hours, despite us telling them it wasn't an issue. They messaged me a few times through our week to check on how things were going and if we needed anything. Overall these owners were great to rent from and were very attentive. 100% would stay again if we look to vacation in this area in the future.

Simply, A Beautiful Place

My wife and my son and I stayed at this property and it truly felt like a home away from home. There were so many neat touches that the hosts, Tristan and Myriam, put into the property that we came away impressed. From the ample supply of soaps in the bathrooms to the beach chairs that we really needed for our three days on the beach it was perfect. In hindsight we would have minded staying an extra day! The only minor thing was that the properties around their were not the greatest in look, but that was not on their control. Our suggestion for beach stays would be to get there as soon as possible in the mornings as it was only about 6 miles to the beach but took us over 35 minutes to get there as the traffic was very heavy. The next time we go, we will experience more of what the areas of Bradenton and Coquina Beach have to offers with their downtown shops and foods. Overall, well done. We will be back. Maybe with more people next time!
