Enjoy comfort and privacy when staying in a Gulf Highlands townhome. This spacious townhome allows guests to spend time relaxing in air conditioning with family after a day at the beach or pool or exploring all the activities the Panama City Beach/Bay County area has to offer. The first floor has plenty of space to gather – prepare meals together in the full kitchen, or head outdoors to the back patio area and use the private gas grill. Waste no time heading out to do laundry – this townhome has a private washer and dryer. Your entertainment needs are covered by three smart TVs with free cable, and guests can sign into their own streaming services as well.

Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and two full baths. Enjoy early mornings or wind down at the end of the day on private balcony with seating for two off of the back bedroom.

Your townhome is a short walk to the beach, and the complex boasts shared amenities including the Beach House of Gulf Highlands restaurants which features a swimming pool located right on the beach and private beach access; a total of 11 swimming pools (five are seasonally heated) with one swimming pool (heated seasonally) located just steps from the townhome’s front door; mini golf; tennis courts; and a children’s playground.

Guests are less than a mile from the beach, accessible through private access. Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, just under five miles away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf. Head just over six miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just one mile from the townhouse) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
