About this property

Within 5 minutes of Pier Park! Newly refreshed & quiet!

Welcome to our beach, Hideway! Come and enjoy all Panama City Beach has to offer. Conveniently located near Pier Park with multiple restaurants within walking distance, as well as a Grocery store and Pharmacy. This newly renovated two bedroom, two bath home comes with accommodations for up to 6. The Master has a King bed, the second room has a Queen and a Twin bunk bed. Pack n' Play and chair top high chair also available. The kitchen is fully stocked for any of your culinary needs! We provide a coffee pot, toaster, silverware, multiple pots & pans; plates, bowls, and kids plates & bowls; plastic and glass drinking glasses with a few that you can even take with you to the beach or on your walk on the beach to see the sunset! There are plenty of mixing bowls, measuring cups (liquid and solid), a colander, cutting boards, cookbooks, cozies, spices, etc.! The living area is wide open to the kitchen and dining area with space to cook and enjoy spending time with your friends and family at the same time! The kitchen bar has 4 stools, 4 chairs at the dining table, and 4 table trays if you want to watch a movie while you eat!

Quiet west side location - 1 mile to Frank Brown Park/Recreation Park and 1 mile to Pier Park and Aaron Bessant Park.

Included are all linens, and kitchen/bath towels but please bring your own beach towels! Starter rolls of toilet paper provided per bathroom and starter roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Also provided are a few dishwashing pods as well as liquid dish soap. There is a filtered water pitcher in the fridge for your convenience. There is no ice maker, but ice trays are provided as well as ice packs for packing your cooler. Picnic basket provided for packing up your beach lunch essentials! We provide a few folding beach chairs and a beach umbrella with anchor and a wheeled beach cart. For downtime at home, we have multiple board and card games, as well as a Blu-ray player and Smart TV for your Netflix fix!

Minimum age of 25.

No smoking or pets.

With a short 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store, this is your perfect place!

The property was located in a central part of PCB. Pier Park isn’t far and the kids loved their space, but we loved the convenience. We’d definitely go back.

Week of softball

We were there for softball tournament. The house is in a great location to all the activities both for the team activities as well as everything Panama!! We all said “it’s 10 minutes from everything”. Property was very clean & neighborhood was very quiet. The cat was a bonus for us!!

The house was clean with ample room for all 8 of us. We utilized their clean baby bassinet and baby chair. All beds were a perfect place to unwind after every adventure we attended! Our last boat ride to shell island was held up and we clocked out late. The owner understood our situation and let us back in to get everything ... very sweet people!

We were pretty comfortable, only a few bumps.This unit does not have a hot tub as described. Kitchen not real organized but plenty of cooking tools.

We had another house rented that canceled on us last minute supposedly due to the place being sold. I started a mad dash search for a place to stay the following day. I sent out numerous messages and this owner was the only one to respond. She was easy to work with and the listing was as described. If your looking for a place to stay and lay your head this is a great place. Very close to pier park also.

Kid friendly beach home

Great location for a beach getaway with kids. The house had everything we needed. Fenced in back yard, high chair, and pack-in-play made it easy to settle right in. The kids loved the bunk beds!

Conveniently located

This place was more than accommodating and is conveniently located at the Y off of Hwy 79 within minutes of both the beach and Pier Park. We will definitely be using it again if it is available.
