Beautiful condo near the beach is located on the 3rd floor in Laketown Wharf resort. Sea and lake views; 2br/2ba + bonus bunk room ( sleep 8) ! Gym is near by. Huge balcony with view on the lake . You can observe Music-colour Fountain Show every night from this balcony! 5 min walk to the beach, Resort has 3 swimming pools, 1 heating pool, hot tubs! Very convenient to parking . Parking is located on the same floor as the condo, about 100 steps away! Condo is also accessible via elevators or stairs. Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable work space (perfect for work from home or distance learning). Huge living room with additional bed sofa, whole kitchen. Family friendly accommodation. Barbecue sites are around the lake. , 7 min walk to 18-hole golf course and 7 min walk to Walmart Superstore, Walgreen and other stores; several restaurants on the ground level and more near by. Come and enjoy the beach, swimming pools and sun! Many fun places for kids near by!!!

Spring Break Trip

Our trip was great! The condo was very clean. We’ve stayed at Lake Town Wharf several times in the past and it’s always a great stay. Our host, Lisa was very nice and responded right away when needed. We will definitely be staying again.

Family Beach Trip

Wanted a quick getaway with the family and this location was absolutely perfect. Lisa was a fantastic host, I have never had hosts get back to me in such a timely manner. 10/10 recommend.

Nice Resort

Everything was nice and the owner kept in great contact during travel and stay. The location was spot on with everything you need in close vicinity. It was well worth the money. I definitely hope to rent this property again next year!!

Nice, cozy, and well stocked

We had a really good stay at this condo. It’s fully stocked with kitchen gadgets, nice size master bedroom and bathroom; huge balcony. We loved that’s in the 3rd floor, therefore, no need to wait for elevators to take your bags in and out of the condo; you park on the 3rd floor parking lot and walk straight to the condo. Also, having a child that’s not a fan of heights, this condo was perfect. It’s located right next door to the gym and put-put is right in front of it. You have gulf view from the corridor and lake view with water fountain show from the balcony. We did have an issue with the A/C while staying in there, but owner already fixed it. Communication with owner was seamlessly. She was always one txt message away. Will defined consider staying there again. Will probably be back next year.

Lake Town Wharf PCB

The unit was as pictured and Lisa's notation about the location of the unit from the parking garage was spot-on. We have stayed at other LTW units and have had to walk great lengths from parking to the unit. Not the case with this unit, it was just a short walk. It is also right next to the fitness room, which is a plus. Lisa communicated with us prior to, during, and after our stay. LTW is a great location for all, especially teens. There are several eateries on the property as well. You have to try the Jerk Turkey Sub at the sandwich shop and the tacos from Juan Taco! Thanks for hosting us!
