Warm and comfortable house 30 min from Paris

A 75-square-meter house, located behind my home, fully equipped and furnished, with a patio and a small garden. It is completely separate, with its own entrance through a gate and a parking space.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious entryway with a large closet, a half-bath, a living room with a two-seater sofa bed and a TV, a dining room, and a fully equipped open kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pressure cooker...).
Upstairs, there are two large, spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.
The house has electric shutters and an intercom.
One parking space is available on the property; additional free parking spaces are available on the street.

Located at:
- 200 m from all amenities (bus, convenience store, bakery, florist, bar/tobacco shop, pizzeria…) and a 12-minute walk from a supermarket.
- A 15-minute walk from the Cormeilles-en-Parisis train station; the Transilien (Line J) takes you to city centre Paris (Paris Saint-Lazare Station, Galeries Lafayette, Opéra Garnier) in 18 minutes. A bus right in front of the house can also take you to the train station in 5 minutes.
- 30 minutes by bus to the RER An and RER C lines

If you’d like to get around Paris by car:
- A15 highway 5 minutes away.
- A86 highway 10 min away
- Avenue des Champs-Élysées accessible in 30 min by car (excluding traffic)

Provided: Shower towels, bed linens, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, cleansing milk, cotton pads, cleaning supplies, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, laundry detergent, fabric softener, COVID disinfectant, hand sanitiser, surgical masks... Plus, a variety of books (novels, cookbooks, children’s books) and children’s toys.

I can provide a travel cot and/or rollaway bed, high chair, small children’s table, and safety gates for the staircase if notified in advance (for an additional fee of €10/day, payable on-site).

Check-in time can be moved up and check-out time can be extended whenever possible, for an additional charge of 8€/hour (payable on site)
