Great location for bourbon and Keeneland trip

We had a group in town for bourbon tours and a day at Keeneland. We had two places rented downtown, but other than when we were out and about, we spent time at this place. Great for being by Rupp, UK, close to Keeneland. Walk to downtown bars and restaurants. TVs everywhere. Perfect inside and out. Only downside was no designated parking. We moved our car for Big Blue Madness and then thought we could move it back after. But then got towed because a running race finished right in front of the condo the next morning. Oh well, still worth it.

Perfect rental for Bourbon Trail trip

This is the perfect rental for a trip to the Bourbon Trail. The location is right in the heart of Lexington with lots of bars and restaurants. The central location allowed us to do day trips to the distilleries and enjoy Lexington at night. The setup is fantastic with very comfortable couches and a fantastic big screen that is viewable from both the living room and loft. The shuffleboard table provided hours of entertainment. The pictures don't do the upstairs bar justice. It has built-in compartments for ice so you can have your drinks cold in the middle of the bar. There is a fridge and ice maker up there with a TV and full view of the main TV as well. The balcony has its own TV and sitting area as well. Overall, a beautiful property in a great location. Highly recommended!

Amazing condo in a perfect location

This was the perfect place to stay during March Madness...we could watch multiple games at once and feel like we were at a sports bar, all while in the comfort of our own “home.” Highly recommend! Walking distance to convenience store, liquor store, restaurants and distilleries. Very safe!
