HUGE living and BEAUTIFUL WARM Fireplace in the center of the living room. OPEN kitchen with Huge round table and seating for 6 PLUS cool Bar and additional seating! Bring your Boat and tie-off to the house, Boat house has large deck below and above to Capture the INCREDIBLE SUNSETS! Folks drive to the empty lot next door just to see the VIEWS! Lots of FISHING & CRABING! There is one TV in the living room - cable,.Their is BONUS bath downstairs is only to be used IF not raining. It will backup due to septic system and is a bonus/extra bathroom. There is a laundry room for personal use if approved by owner. Keep in mind this home was built in the 70’s and has been maintained but only partially updated and is continually being updated but unfortunately it’s not a new home.
