Ma réservation m'a été annulée 5h avant mon arrivée
J'ai eu la mauvaise surprise le jour J d'apprendre que la réservation sur Abritel était un doublon avec une autre réservation sur un autre site pour une autre personne.
Cela m'a mis dans la situation de devoir trouver in extremis un logement 5h avant mon arrivée.
Pour une premiere expérience sur Abritel, j'avoue ne pas avoir un avis très pertinent.
Par contre, la gestion par la suite, a été assez rapide. Car oui, c'est l'hébergeassiez qui doit annulé sa réservation même si je n'avais pas la chambre à cause du doublon dans la réservation...
C'était très désagréable sur le moment. Mais, trouver une solution c'est la chose qui est au final qui compte.
A voir si je retenté l'expérience.

Petite chambre très propre, cabinet de toilette + WC impeccables. Accueil chaleureux de la charmante propriétaire. Quartier très calme. On peur garer sa voiture en toute sécurité.
