This gorgeous house is located in the exclusive Los Estados area of La Quinta Resort, right on the golf course. Walk to resort restaurants and shops or use one of the 5 bikes we have. 4 bedrooms all with king sized beds and 3.5 bathrooms. Includes a large kitchen with island and eating area, dining room, and living room with a lot of seating. The house has a total of 6 TVs! 2 car garage plus street parking for 2 cars. Fenced yard with a private heated pool and hot tub, gas BBQ, outdoor pizza oven, and fire pit. You also have access to the Los Estados community pool and spa. Gorgeous back patio that overlooks the 11th hole on La Quinta Mountain Course.
There is a 30 day minimum rental per HOA rules with a max of 8 people (not including babies in cribs). Rent this beautiful house for a month and soak up the La Quinta sun!
