Le Carcan - Fleurie - Gîte

At the heart of the great vineyards of the Beaujolais, 2,5 km from the lovely village of Fleurie, gite in large stone built house. Full of character with many old pieces (exposed beams, some of them are low). Ground floor: entrance hall (storage area, deep freeze, small wine cellar for guests to enjoy the wines of the property), laundry room (washing machine, tumble drier), hall, bedroom (double bed, en-suite shower room with WC), separate WC, living room (small lounge area) opening directly onto the terrace on one side and the large courtyard on the other side. 1st floor: hall with play area for children and storage area, shower room including Wc, 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single 80cm beds) (family attic room with 2 single beds and bunk beds) (1 bedroom with 2 single 80cm beds). Baby equipment available (including wooden cot). Underfloor electric heating. Outdoors: tiled terrace with lovely view, garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, gravelled courtyard, parking area. Owners' second home on site (owners are rarely on the premises), hiking trails nearby.

Lovely house with plenty of room.Great location for visiting the area with spectacular views from the terrace.Large kitchen with plenty of room for people to mingle in and out.Big spacious bed rooms, comfortable for 10 people.Would definitely stay again.

L environnement du gîte est très agréable néanmoins nous avons trouvé le prix élevé par rapport à la qualité de la prestation. Les salles de bain sont vétustes avec des joints plein de moisissures. Il y a des poutres et des murs très bas ce qui fait que nous nous sommes tous cogné la tete au moins 3 fois . De manière générale le mobilier est très simple et pas de très bonne qualité.

Je suis ravie que vous ayez appréciée l’environnement du gîte. Vous nous faites part d'un certain manquement au niveau de l'entretien des douches. Dans le cadre du suivi qualité des hébergements Gîtes de France, je viens justement d'effectuer une visite de contrôle de ce Gîte en date du 31 août et j'ai moi-même constaté les points que vous signalez. Suite à cela, j'ai demandé au propriétaire de faire le nécessaire dans les plus brefs délais et il s'est engagé à le faire. Nous allons nous montrer particulièrement vigilants sur les retours concernant cet hébergement. J'espère que malgré ces désagréments, vous avez pu profiter de votre séjour dans le Beaujolais. Séjour familial au milieu des vignobles

Corps de ferme joliment rénové dans un environnement exceptionnel, isolé et donc très calme. Tres bel espace extérieur avec une grande cour donnant sur les vignes, idéal pour des vacances en famille nombreuse. Accès facile pour les voitures.

Dejlig stort hus i hyggelige omgivelser

Hus med mange sovepladser men få opholdspladser indendørs. Stue med 2 lænestole og spisebord. Ikke optimalt hvis man ikke kan opholde sig udendørs pga. vejret.

Bon séjour

Logement spacieux qui dispose du nécessaire pour les bébés (lit, chaise haute). Extérieur très agréable mais on regrettera peut être le manque d'un vrai salon pour pouvoir se poser si le temps est pluvieux et que l'on doit rester à l'intérieur. Aucun problème pour l'arrivée et le départ, les hôtes sont disponibles et arrangeants.

Gîte en pleine campagne, environnement très calme et privilégié

Accueil très soigné. Gîte très bien situé, en pleine campagne au calme, avec des départs de randonnées à proximité. Idéal avec des enfants. Terrasse avec superbe vue, au bord de vignes bio. Très bien équipé, beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine notamment. Nécessiterait un peu de rénovation notamment au niveau des douches (joints très sales). Logement peu isolé, nous étions contents de voir le soleil pointé le bout de son nez.
