Splendid detached traditional house built of stone & wood, in small hamlet of the 'Monts du Beaujolais'. Close to owners' home and 2nd gîte. The 2 gites can be booked jointly for family gathering (14 people). Many walks/tours around, 'Col des Echarmeaux', Beaujolais, Saône et Loire & Burgundy nearby. Cosy, country-style décor (wood-burning stove). Ground floor : living room (kitchen area, lounge area), WC, small storage room. 1st floor : 2 bedrooms (160 X 200cm bed) (3 single beds), shower room including WC. Solar powered water heater. Heating: electric & wood. Outdoors: covered terrace, hammock, fenced garden (shared), grassy area, play area, boules set, table tennis. Shared above-ground swimming pool (6,40m in diameter, available in summer from June) with wooden deck. Owners' hot tub can be made available on request.
