Perfect cozy home for families and friends to enjoy Skiing, snow boarding, Snow Tubing, Waterpark, Casino, Horseback Riding, Hiking, Swimming, Golfing, Playground and even shopping at the Premium Outlets.
New larger community pool opens summer of 2026!
Community Pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day, Tennis Courts, pickleball and basketball courts. Winter and Summer rentals.

This is the perfect family friendly vacation home to enjoy during every season. We are located right behind Camelback Resort. 2 mins to the slopes and snow tubing or the amazing Indoor/Outdoor Waterpark. Enjoy the community pool Memorial Day- Labor Day. Wonderful restaurants and so many to choose from. Beautiful Mountain View’s at the top of Camelback Mountain. The Pocono mountains has so much to offer.

We had a great stay at this property! Our hosts had great communication throughout our trip when needed! The home was clean and cozy with plenty of space for two families with kids, in a nice safe location. The neighborhood was great for walking around.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids liked the DVD collection & video games, we enjoyed the little touches like motion sensor night lights in the bathroom, lots of soap, toothbrushes, a welcome basket w popcorn and wine and a coffee bar. You can tell the owners put a lot of though into their rental property and it was also nicely decorated. Bring slippers, the floor was pretty cold, that was the only thing ...was having cold feet and it was too short of a trip to make a run for slippers. Thanks for the nice stay :)

The house was very clean, really close to camelback you can see the slopes from the front door. Dawn was amazing she made sure we had everything we needed. It snowed almost everyday we were there and the streets were cleared right away. Perfect winter get away

This home was incredibly clean! The furniture, appliances and decor were very nice - it felt like home. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d ever need and more. Very good communication with the owner which made everything easy. I highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home right by Camelback

We had a great time staying here! The house was clean and had everything we possibly needed. The Pacman machine was a fun bonus. Dawn, the owner, was so quick to respond to every message I sent and so accommodating. It is obvious she wants her guests to have a great experience. We skiied at both Shawnee (20ish minute car ride) and Camelback (two minute car ride, lol) during our stay. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful change of pace!

This townhome was one the cleanest and organized stays we have ever enjoyed. Owner thought of everything that we may have needed. Wine and hot chocolate packets, a coffee bar, extra sealed toothbrushes, soaps & plenty of clean towels etc… We also brought our 2 small dogs that enjoyed seeing the deer on our daily walks! You must drive to nearby waterparks and to get a bite to eat - and to the basketball court/pool which our grandson enjoyed. Dawn was excellent with updates. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect house for our family

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this house for our skiing and snowboarding getaway. The house was super clean and very close to the ski resorts and restaurants. This was one of the most hospitable vacation homes we ever stayed in. It was a very welcoming house and Dawn the owner was always quick to answer any questions we had. The house was less than 5 mins from camelback and was very clean. Enough beds and rooms to comfortably fit 6 people and prob could have gotten more if we needed to. Dawn was great to work with and made things super easy Would definitely rent again

Location!! We are located in the heart of the Poconos. This is something for everyone to do in every age group. Perfect located for skiers and families to visit the waterpark with being able to bring their pet. It’s a private community with amenities to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Our location and set up. We are set up for families. We have a king suite, queen bedroom and a bunk bed room that sleeps 5. We have a PacMan aracade game which the children love. And our bunk bed room has a children’s indoor camping player for their entertainment. They will love it. Our home is clean and has all the amenities you need.
