We arrived early not expecting to check in and just drop our bags. There happened to be one room available and ready to go and they let us check in at 8 am. We didn’t even have to ask. Not only that but we had access to all amenities that day too. Breakfast was great, outdoor live music at the pool was wonderful, and walking distance to the beach was short. Loved our first trip to Clearwater!

Bed was incredibly hard. The pool was so dirty I did not want to swim in it. No ice machine on floor 4 and floors 5-7 are key access so not easy to get ice. Staff was rude at breakfast. The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the location.

Our room was the view of the pool. We enjoyed our stay but I should have researched the area better because we brought our toy poodle (7lbs) dogs aren’t allowed in the pool area or the beach ! The resort was pet friendly to stay in our room. Our room was very nice! Breakfast buffet was very good!

Place was very clean and staff made you feel welcome! Relaxing by the pool was just want we needed durning the day and walking pier 60 and watching the sunset was amazing. Our room ended up having a balcony and it was great! Definitely close to everything all shops, bars and the beach!
