7600 Square Foot Grand Estate.
Over 7600 square feet of entertainment space with heated pool, Ping Pong, Billiard Table, fire pit, and huge mother-in-law suite. Two huge kitchens that are both fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay. This giant home was built to entertain with an amazing open floor plan and a large bar. The bedrooms are large and are tucked away for privacy. The master bedroom and bath are located on the first floor and are enormous. The mother-in-law suite is also on the first floor. This is a large space with its own kitchen, living and bathroom. It also has a foosball, pool table, and the treadmill. There are four bedrooms on the second floor along with two full bathrooms.
An amazing outdoor area that can be viewed from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Cook your burgers out on the Gas BBQ Grill while you and your friends are enjoying the pool and firepit area. We also have several lounge chairs for tanning. The pool can be heated From March to December at an extra cost of $150 per day with a two-day minimum.
The home is centrally located and in a safe neighborhood that is just 15-20 minutes from Downtown Dallas. It is less than 200 yards from Starbucks, Subway, Papa John's, Walgreens, Wells Fargo, and more. Free and fast WiFi & parking for up to 12 vehicles.
