I cannot express how great this property was! Before we arrived when I had questions, the response from the host(s) was immediate and thorough. I was amazed at how thoughtful they were in providing items. From dog treats to wonderful shampoo and conditioners in the bathrooms to toys for kids in the closet! You think it and it’s there! And clean…. Spotless! Backyard is beautiful! I can’t wait for cooler weather to come back “just to get away” and sit on that patio in front of the gas fire pit and bar-b-que! Again, you simply cannot go wrong with this property!

This house was perfect for our stay in Dallas for our son’s wedding. We had 2 older children and one 12 year old and we had a great time. The house is extremely clean and exactly as advertised. Communication was great as well. Would 100% stay here again.

The first night we were exhausted and went straight to bed so we were just glad to have a place to sleep. The second night we were sitting in the floor and began to get bit by a few bugs but blew it off. The third night we noticed the bugs everywhere and reached out immediately with photos and videos. We were told the rug had been replaced due to a stain and there were no bugs prior to our arrival. I looked in all the rooms and found them in every room and reached out again. It appeared to be carpet beetles and we had been multiple times by this point. I was told the pest control guy would be there that morning and they would be in touch. We checked out on Thursday and I have messages a few times since and we have not gotten a reply back or and communication thus far

Our hosts were super responsive to any questions we had. The Hansel is so comfortable and welcoming and incredibly well appointed. Can't wait to return to Dallas and book this property again.
