This 5900 square feet home has four designer bedrooms, perfect for large groups, traveling friends, and business retreats.

Bedroom one includes a queen-size bed and an oversized room with two walk-in closets, a Jacuzzi tub, a shower with his and her sinks, a fireplace, and of course another patio to get a view from 3 stories up. This bedroom has a Smart TV and a cable.

The second bedroom features a king bed, a large closet, and a large walk-in shower, as well as a Smart TV with cable.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located on the first floor and both have king-size beds. Bedroom 4 has a sofa bed.

After a long day exploring Downtown, come home and unwind in one of the three full bathrooms.

The master bathroom has a stylish walk-in shower and a tub, and his and her sink with a large mirror.

The second and third full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and mirrored vanity.
There is also a half bathroom with a mirrored vanity.

We provide you with shower gel, hair shampoo, and conditioner so you don’t have to add them to your luggage.

On the second floor which consists of the Living/Dining/Kitchen area, you will surely be pleased. The dining area also serves as an ideal workspace for business travelers and a twin-size daybed. A picturesque open kitchen with ample space, marble countertops, and a large island (perfect for tall people).

The full kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, stainless steel appliances, enough utensils, and gadgets to cater to large groups including the kiddos. With custom cabinets, sleek counters, designer finishes, and a fully stocked coffee bar, it is as beautiful as it is functional.

Stock the cabinets and full-size fridge with all of your favorite foods, or order take-out and enjoy it in the formal dining area or out on the patio.

The living room is perfect for hosting movie or game nights with a comfortable sofa. Everyone gets front-row seats to the HDTV. The cozy area rug, decorative light fixtures, and plush accent pillows and blankets make this a comfortable place to relax.

Off the kitchen is a colossal covered patio overlooking the neighborhood with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the fresh air. There are also two other patios near the living room fireplace to view our adjacent property and shared patio. Also features a half bath, an enormous fridge/freezer, and another balcony overlooking the driveway.

I will not be at the property so no need to worry about supervision but please have common courtesy. Should there be an emergency or any requests, Percenti Hospitality will quickly respond as we want to make your stay effortless.

The "M Streets" is a quiet community but still walking distance to local bars, shops and restaurants. We are only 5 minutes from the downtown area with plenty of local attractions nearby including multiple museums, public parks, the convention center, the American Airlines arena and uptown vibes. Knox Henderson, Lower Greenville and McKinney Street are all within your reach so there are plenty of options to choose from.

Parking should not be an issue with a 2 car garage, driveway and street parking available.
Dallas Public Transport - City Place/Uptown Station is less than a mile away

Note: the payment service fee is non-refundable for cancellations made by guests.
-No smoking of any kind ($500 fine enforced for smoking).
-No parties.
-Please be respectful of neighbors. Quiet hours after 10 PM. Failure to comply can result in being asked to leave.
-We do allow a maximum of two pets, but they must be approved first.
-There is a $75 pet fee per pet.
-Please take out all trash including leftover food and drinks. DO NOT PUT TRASH IN RECYCLING.
-Please return the house in the condition it was found.


- No excessive noise/parties after 12am on weekends, 11pm on week nights

- If it is suspected that a party has smoked inside the property a $500 fine will be assessed.

- Since we live right down the street, if a party is reported we will show up and ask you to leave.

- Police will be called if guest refuse to leave.

- No moving furniture. If you absolutely must please be sure to return the item where you found it. Also, please no dragging furniture over the hardwood floors to avoid leaving scratches.

- Take out all trash from the property and leftover food that has been eaten from or opened. Leaving condiments is fine and other items that future guests may be able to use. If the property is excessively dirty and trash ridden an extra cleaning fine will be assessed up to $500.

- The property should be in the same condition you found it more or less. We do not expect you to do the laundry and make the beds but do tidy up and collect towels in a common place.

- We do allow a maximum of two pets, but they must be approved first. There is a $75 pet fee per pet, as well as an additional pet deposit of $100 that will be refunded if they are cleaned up after.
