Au Nid de la Sorgue, a pretty 75 m² Provencal house welcomes you all year round for your holidays with family or friends in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, near Avignon. Ideally located not far from the town centre and many activities, this pied-à-terre is the perfect place for a getaway for up to 6 people.
You will have all the necessary comforts: a beautiful living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (beds made on arrival), a shower room as well as a large terrace and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in summer!
Private parking. Bed linen and towels included.

The accommodation :
The single-storey house, facing south and accessible via 3 steps is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A bright, tastefully decorated living room with a sitting area with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV as well as a dining area with a convivial dining table for up to 6 people.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo pod and filter coffee makers...

Night space:
- Three bedrooms: two with a Queen-Size bed and one with two single beds.
- Bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin, towel dryer, washing machine and hair dryer.
- Separate WC

The house is fully air-conditioned. For young children, a cot and high chair are also available.
An arm of the Sorgue is about 15 meters in front of the house and you will have a view of the Vaucluse mountains from the kitchen window and even when you are in the pool!

Outside :
- Take advantage of the south-facing 300 m² garden to relax or enjoy a good meal outside thanks to its large terrace equipped with a dining area, parasols and a barbecue!
- A beautiful swimming pool heated from April to mid-October (27° approximately, subject to favourable weather conditions). It is 3,5x8m and has a cover with safety bars. Sunbeds and two small low tables are available.

Neighbourhood :
The area is very quiet and is about 700 m from the shops and 1.2 km from the historic centre and its antique shops (about 300 antique dealers).
To do your shopping nearby: Intermarché and Marie Blachère at 600 m, Super U at 900 m, LIDL at 1.5 km.
As for the town centre, it offers numerous shops and restaurants.

Activities :
L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, nicknamed the little Venice of Provence, offers several activities: the little train in the town and its paddle wheels, its markets (very famous), kayak rides and fishing on the Sorgue, etc.
In the surroundings: many possible hikes, many villages of France in the Vaucluse, the Provencal Colorado (Roussillon), the Provencal markets, the Thouzon cave, the Mont Ventoux (45 mn from the summit), the Gorges du Verdon (1h30 drive approx.), the Vaucluse fountain at 7 km and many others!

Transport :
- Railway stations: L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue less than 2 km away, Avignon SNCF station 27 km away.
- Airport: Marseille at 70-80 km depending on the route taken.
- Regional bus (zoo bus): several stops in the town and the department.

Other remarks:
- The entrance to the property allows you to park a vehicle. Free parking spaces are available in the street next to the property.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Cot and high chair available on site.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
