Gorgeous updated home on 1/2 acre in downtown Dripping Springs. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and the famous downtown Mercer Street District! This 2 bed (one king, one queen), 1 bath property has all of the amenities of home, including a fully furnished kitchen, games, a massive DVD library, wifi and YouTube TV, an outdoor grill, and plenty of parking right in town. Only a short 30 min from the Austin Airport, you can get to Fredericksburg, San Antonio, and Marble Falls within an hour.

Perfect home for a weekend get away

The best location - walking distance to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Tons of breweries in the area as well! House was very clean and comfortable

Comfy home, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable home in a great location (so convenient to hit local stops like the fantastic breweries, wineries, distilleries, and restaurants). Colt & Lauren were fantastic, very flexible with our request to check-in early.

Perfect place for wedding guests!

We were in the area for a wedding and the location of this home couldn’t have been more perfect! It was so close to food and shopping as well as other Dripping Springs attractions. The host’s communication was impeccable, the home was clean, well kept, and the neighborhood was very quiet and cozy! We would absolutely stay again in the future.
