Wonderful stay on Gull Lake

Perfect up north cabin on Gull Lake sand beach. The cabin was closest to the water's edge and the kids loved the beach. The cabin was bigger than appeared with plenty of sleeping space and a great view of the lake. Well equipped.

Family trip

We rented this cabin as part of a yearly family trip we make to Minnesota in the fall. The property was great, and we liked how close it was to attractions. We realized most attractions were closed for the season, making the cabin more important because we spent a lot of time there. It was comfortable, clean, and had a great lake view. We would love to stay again.

Sandy beach & cute cabin

The property is very well maintained & beautiful! Beach is sandy & you can walk out to the buoy - perfect for floating. Cabin was super cute & we all enjoyed the screened in porch. We had some appliance issues but that was fixed quickly. Management was easy to work with & very attentive throughout. Thank you!

May Weekend Stay

The property was exactly as advertised. We had 9 and slept comfortably. It was my son's pre-wedding golf weekend with buddies and myself. The weather wasn't great, but we saw all the fun things that we could have enjoyed which included a great screen porch and we were right on the lake which would be excellent for a nice warm summer weekend. Excellent and well maintained property and group of cabins.

Our staff is available to assist you 24 hours a day. We would have certainly have either fixed the refrigerator or if need be have moved you to another cabin. Also, if the cart wheels were flat, they would have taken care of that for you as well. I'm very sorry that this happened. That is not the way that we do business. No pets shall be allowed in/on the premises. Detection of a pet will result in removal from the rental and a $150 cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in any Property Management Company properties. If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a minimum $250 charge for excessive cleaning and potentially an additional cleaning fee.
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
No house parties, excessive alcohol use or loud noise. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 9am. Any complaints filed with the police will result in expedited eviction.
Tenant is to maintain the property in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
Dispose of all rubbish and garbage as directed in the check-in instruction.
Do not render inoperable any smoke detectors; they are for your safety.
Guest must use the appropriate parking spaces provided for Property Management Company properties.
