Beautiful Austrian luxury chalet for 8 persons.

Our typical Austrian and very high quality equipped holiday home is only 6 years old and ideal for families or groups up to 8 people. Our guests are always looking forward to the wonderful mountains of the Salzburg Dolomites.



Our modern kitchen offers all the comfort of appliances, utensils and crockery. The 2 exclusive bathrooms offer enough space for 2 families. In the 3 bedrooms there are 3 pine double beds and 1 bedroom has 1 floor bed, all with quality mattresses. In the house are Wifi, DVD, stereo and cable TV available.

In summer, the terrace (child safe) offers plenty of space for playing and sitting together. There is a wonderful view of the valley and Dachstein massif. In winter you will find plenty of space inside and the gas-fired stove invite you to cozy hut evenings

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal hier und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und zur Haushälterin klappt super!Wir waren 8 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) und der Platz war ausreichend für eine Woche Skifahren.

Wir hatten eine schöne Skiwoche dort. Das Haus ist gut eingereicht. Der Weg bis zur Skipiste ist schon ein ganz schönes Stück zu laufen, aber gut machtbar. Man kann aber nicht mit den Ski zum Haus fahren oder zur Piste., da die Wege um das Haus gestreut unf geräumt werdeb. Der Chek-In und Check-Out lief ohne Probleme.

Prettig huis met prachtig uitzicht in mooie omgeving

We hebben het hier goed naar ons zin gehad. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. We hadden mooi weer, door de veranda rondom kon je altijd kiezen of je in schaduw of zon wilde zitten. Vanaf de veranda prachtig uitzicht. 's Avonds hebben we een paar keer binnen gezeten omdat het fris was. Prettige verlichting binnen (niet zo fel en koud licht als in veel vakantiehuizen). Keuken bevatte voldoende spullen. Het huis staat in een vakantieparkachtige setting, wij hebben behalve de ontbijtbroodjes, geen gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten Vanaf het huis loop je in tien minuten naar het kabelbaantje naar boven (ging alleen op zo, ma, do). Boven is het prachtig wandelen. Ook beneden in het dal twee kortere leuke wandelingen (anderhalf uur) gemaakt. We reden in ruim een uur naar Salzburg en in iets minder tijd naar Hallstatt. Daar was het zo druk dat we onze auto niet kwijt konden. Die hebben we toen aan de overkant van het meer gezet waarvandaan kleine bootjes naar Hallstatt voeren.

Angekommen bei bestem Wetter konnten wir gleich den Ausblick auf die Bischofsmütze genießen. Da die Skisaison vorüber war, waren wir alleine in dem Ferienhausgebiet. Den Menschen, denen wir begegnet sind, waren allesamt sehr freundlich. Das Haus war sauber, warm und hat eine tolle Lage. Von dieser lassen sich zahlreiche Ausflüge zu den Attraktionen/Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung machen. Alles in allem ein traumhafter Urlaub. Fin Schubert

schönes Haus

Wir hatten in den ersten Tagen Regenwetter. Das Haus ist geeignet für 4 Personen - mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern ist es meiner Ansicht nach zu klein, wenn man nicht andauernd im Freien sein kann. Durch die Holzbauweise ist es auch sehr hellhörig, d.h. man hat eine enge akustische Kopplung zu den Mitbewohnern. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, auch gibt es viele Ausflugsziele in relativ geringer Nähe, z.B. den Hallstätter See mit Salzbergwerk und andere Seen (Wolfgangssee, Vorderer Gosausee, ...), Eishöhlen sowie Seilbahnen z.B. die Donnerkogelbahn, die Bahn zum Dachstein-Gipfel, ... mit schönen Wanderwegen zu Almen und viel Bergblick. Wir waren Ende August/Anfang September in Annaberg - später im Sommer/Herbst sollte man nicht hinfahren, weil ab 6./10. September viele Betriebe schließen, um sich auf die Wintersaison vorzubereiten.

Wanderurlaub im Chalet

Wir haben für eine Woche Urlaub mit der Familie im Chalet gemacht. Es befindet sich als eines von vielen Chalets im Alpendorf Dachstein West. Brötchen Service vor Ort. Kleines Schwimmbad zur gemeinsamen Nutzung fussläufig. Bei Anreise erhält man die Tennengau Card, damit einige Vergünstigungen vor Ort. Wandern von der Unterkunft sehr gut möglich. Schöne Freibäder (Abtenau, St. Martin, ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. In Salzburg ist man in einer knappen Stunde. Schade war, dass Zusatzkosten im Inserat nicht erwähnt wurden, Achtung es kommen Kurtaxe, Kosten für Bettwäsche und Endreinigung (vor Ort in Bar zu zahlen!) dazu. Das machte bei uns 20% vom Reisepreis aus. Das sollte man wissen.

Ein schöner Familienurlaub im Frühsommer

Pro: Das Haus ist wirklich schön. Vor allem die Aussicht vom Balkon hat uns überzeugt. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Bei mehr Leuten würde es eng werden. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort und es war vom Raumgefühl sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist sauber. Die Bäder sind in Ordnung. Die Küche bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Falls etwas nicht passt, ist die Reinigungsdame schnell vor Ort und unterstützt. Vorort gibt es einige schöne Wanderwege, die sich lohnen. Kontra: Im Haus selbst könnte die Aufteilung an 1-2 Stellen verbessert werden. Beispielsweise steht der TV im Essbereich und kann vom Sofa aus nicht eingesehen werden. Eine Mögliche Verbesserung wären auch noch Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Wenn man etwas anschauen möchte (Seen, Klamm, Dachstein etc.) ist man häufig 30-60 Minuten auf kurvigen Straßen unterwegs. Auch das auf den Bildern dargestellte Schwimmbad ist ohne eine Autofahrt nicht zu erreichen. Fazit: Grundsätzlich ein schönes Haus mit Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Ein Auto sollte man dabei haben.

Annaberg im lammertal is een leuk skigebied voor gezinnen met kinderen op les. Nederlandse skileraren. De huis ligt dicht bij de piste, dus als men al een beetje kan skiën heb je de auto niet nodig.
