Nice update apartment

Nice property with room for lots of people. Big bedrooms and a large bathroom. The beds were comfortable. There is a pool and sauna to use for the guests. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Everything is in walking distance. Nice Mountain Views and very friendly cows right outside the kitchen window. We enjoyed our stay.

May visit to Abtenau

Just outside the house you have the most beautiful views that Austria can offer in the spring. Green meadows, waterfalls, majestic mountains with snow on top and in our case sun and blue skies. The space felt much like home with toys for kids to play with and plenty of space inside and outside. The owner was open and friendly and offered good tips for sightseeing in the Abtenau area.

A perfect, relaxed, easy summer holiday apartment with family

The views from the apartment were breathtaking. The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished, clean, modern, with lots of storage, and with all mod cons. There was a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living room with doors opening onto the decked terrace and BBQ, and a large outside grassed lawn. So for a summer holiday, there was lots of space for all family members to enjoy! It was child-friendly, and the kids particularly loved the private indoor pool, which we used frequently. From the apartment, it was easy to walk to the village square, to the lovely outdoor pool in Abtenau, and to the Karkogel cable car and toboggan run. The owners Torge and Angela were very helpful with tips on trips to Salzburg and the area. This is a great and relaxing base for anyone to use to access all the activities in the area. And enjoy the views!

einfach super

wir kamen ziemlich verspätet wegen eines riesenstaus in abtenau an. aufgrund einer perfekten beschreibung fanden wir uns schnell zurecht. der hausherr begrüßte uns sehr nett und erklärte uns die wichtigsten dinge. ich möchte mich extra für den "bonus" bedanken, den mir torge zukommen ließ. das war eine tolle sache!die wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. so perfekt haben wir es bisher noch nicht erlebt.. das wetter war zudem einfach perfekt, dass wir die 5 tage richtig genießen konnten.. die gegend ist so schön um wieder zu kommen.vielen dank für die genießertage!

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns direkt kurz eingewiesen.Ein schöner großer Garten sowie der Pool waren für die Kinder echt super.Fußläufig ein Billa und auch eine kleine Piste ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

SORGFÄLTIG HERGERICHTET!!!

Warm: Sauber: Tip-Top! Die Wohnung war äußerst schön geschnitten, perfekt gestaltet und einladend - super hergerichtet und sehr sauber. Noch dazu super freundliche Gastgeber!! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Abtenau und Umgebung hatte für unsere Familie (drei Generationen) viel zu bieten und die Ferienwohnung hat einen immensen Teil zum Wohlfühlfaktor beigetragen: Viel Platz, ein exklusiv nutzbarer Sauna und Pool mit Gegenstromanlage, großer privater Garten und eignen Terassenbereich. Wir freuen uns tatsächlich auf ein Wiedersehen!

Es war nicht gut, wie wir es erwartet hatten . ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

-Leider war das Haus nicht so wie wir es erwartet hatten . das Haus war kalt und die Heizkörper waren auch nicht so warm .. -wir hatten ein kleines Kind mit und es war unerträglich . -Sauna war ok aber das Schwimmbecken war ebenfalls kalt. -Das haus war nicht so sauber ( viele Ameisen ) . -Die Bäder waren super gut . -die Lage waren war sehr gut . - Supermarkt 3 min zu Fuß . - von 4 Betten 2 waren super und 2 leider unbequem .

Toll gelegene Ferienwohnung - netter Gastgeber

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Untergeschosss des Hauses. Oben wohnt der Vermieter. Dieser ist sehr freundlich und gibt tolle Ausflugstipps. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Filterkaffemaschine, Toaster, Wasseroberfläche, Backofen und Spülmaschine. Ebenfalls gab es sogar ein paar Gewürze und Öl/Essig. Sowie Spülmittel und Schwämme und Geschirrtücher waren vorhanden. Auch gab es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Die Betten waren etwas weich aber das war ok. Toll ist es, dass Handtücher sowohl für den täglichen Gebrauch im Bad und auch für den hauseigenen Pool gestellt wurden. Genauso die Bettwäsche. Das spart einiges an Gepäck bei fünf Personen. Uns war es in der Wohnung teilweise etwas zu kalt obwohl es draußen 25/30 Grad hatte, war es nach einiger Zeit drinnen ohne Socken und Strickjacke doch frisch. Klimaanlage braucht man definitiv nicht 😉 Der beheizte Pool ist über eine Treppe im Haus zu erreichen. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick in die Berge. Es war ein schöner Familienurlaub, auch unser kleiner Hund war willkommen. Die Wohnung liegt strategisch gut gelegen für zahlreiche Ausflüge.

Very nice appartement with private use of indoor pool (11:00-20:00)

As a couple with two (nearly) adult sons, we rented the whole appartement consisting of a master bedroom (incl shower and tiny "cupboard kitchen") and the "real" appartement with two bedrooms, one bathroom (shower in bath), washing machine, dryer, living room and open kitchen and a terrace/lawn. Supermarkets are very close by, daily fresh bread from a bakery is a 10 min walk (Bäckerei Hauser recommended). The swimming pool, gym and sauna are available for private use from 11:00 to 20:00, except Fridays (because of the cleaning). Before 11:00 the owners enjoy the facilities themselves.

Ruhe-Oase in den Bergen

Wer Ruhe und Erholung fernab von großen Hotels sucht, ist hier richtig. Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern in den Osterferien in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung. Genau in der Zeit zwischen den Saisonen - für uns perfekt. Schöne Wanderumgebung mit unzähligen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Alles da was man braucht, kontaktloser Check-in mit Tür -Code, sehr bequem. Die Wohnung liegt im „Keller“, sodass der Boden kalt ist - wir haben uns Hausschuhe vor Ort gekauft. Eine der wenigen Enttäuschungen war, dass der Pool nicht so warm ist , da er über die Solarmodule geheizt wird. Im Sommer bestimmt prima, im Winter zu kalt. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir für die Kinder von zuhause die kurzen Neoprens mitgenommen. Die warme Sauna kam da aber jeden Abend sehr gelegen! Auch war es schade dass wir am letzten Abend das Schwimmbad nicht nutzen konnten (Sonntag) im Inserat steht nur freitags, vielleicht sollte man das ändern in „letzten Tag vor Abreise“. Außerdem ist die Spülmaschine wohl sehr in die Jahre gekommen und spült nicht mehr richtig, ich musste per Hand spülen (was mich nicht stört, nur dass da eine Erneuerung nötig wäre) Trotz allem können wir die Wohnung und die freundlichen Gastgeber auf alle Fälle empfehlen und kommen irgendwann vielleicht wieder :-)

Wunderbar

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Edelweiß in Abtenau. Unsere Reisegruppe war durch die Altersspanne von 7 Monaten bis 86 Jahren + Hund nicht 'unkompliziert', Abtenau und Umgebung hatte aber für alle viel zu bieten und die Ferienwohnung hat einen immensen Teil zum Wohlfühlurlaub beigetragen: Sehr schön geschnitten und freundlich gestaltet, viel Platz und ein exklusiv nutzbarer Pool mit Gegenstromanlage (+ Sauna, für uns allerdings weniger relevant) und ein großer Terassenbereich. Noch dazu super freundliche Gastgeber!! ...Wir stöbern schon nach einem neuen Reisezeitraum im kommenden Jahr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Immer wieder gern!!

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende da und waren dann schon sehr traurig als wir wieder abreisen mussten. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Da es einen Tag geregnet hat, konnten wir auch ausgiebig im Pool schwimmen und die Sauna nutzen. Der Garten bzw. die Terasse ist bei schönem Wetter auch super. Unser Hund hat sich auf jeden Fall auch sehr wohlgefühlt. Lage ist auch super, man kommt schnell überall hin und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genug. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Well worth it!

Top wintervakantie in Abtenau

Slechts15 minuten rijden naar skigebied Russbach en de supermarkt is 3 minuten lopen. Ideaal voor een weekje wintersport. Na het skiën in de heerlijke sauna bijkomen daarna nog een duik in het zwembad, wat wil je nog meer.... ruime uitgebreide woning. Wij waren met 6 volwassenen, 2 kinderen en een baby.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung in schöner Ungebung

Große saubere Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz und eine große Wohnküche. Das Highlight ist die exklusiv nutzbare Sauna und der Pool! Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern sowie Check-in und check-out waren völlig unkompliziert. Klare Empfehlung für einen Familienurlaub im Winter (und sicher auch im Sommer)!

Beautiful villa & garden

Angela is a great host. We enjoyed our whole week in Abtenau. Fortunately we had sunny weather every day… It was a pitty the television and DVD player did not work. We loved the fresh vegetables from the greenhouse. In summertime we would advise a family with kids to rent the villa!!

Toller Pfingsturlaub.

Das Haus ist in wunderschöner Lage. Viele tolle Orte sind innerhalb von einer Autostunde erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gibt hervorragende Tipps für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.

Spacious apartment

We would definitely recommend this apartment in Abtenau. It is very spacious with a large covered terrace and garden. We barbecued nearly every night but the kitchen is also fully equipped. The apartment also has private use of a small pool and sauna. The area is great for walking and we all loved the summer toboggan run and mini golf. The Lammerklamm (gorge) is definitely worth a visit. The owners live on site and are available for any help or questions if needed.

Erholung pur

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Abtenau. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und die Unterkunft sehr sauber und großzügig eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist der Poolbereich mit Sauna und tollem Blick auf die Berge.
