The holiday home is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday resort. Also due to its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular.

The program for the town of Annaberg as well as the brochure for the guest card and SalzburgerLandKarte is displayed at the reception or is available in multiples at the reception. All guests can wash their laundry at our reception during opening hours.

Annaberg im Lammertal, district Steuer, 1000 m above sea level. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex, on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedce. Hut holidays with a view of the Salzburg Dolomites!

The family-friendly holiday home complex with approx. 100 detached holiday homes is quietly situated on a slope, surrounded by meadows and forests. You can enjoy the impressive mountain panorama of the Tennengebirge and the Salzburg Dolomites with Donnerkogel, Gosaukamm and Bischofsmütze. The bedrooms are furnished with double, single and/or bunk beds.

All pictures and room descriptions are living examples and may vary. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (4,5 m x 11,5 m, depth 1,2 m). Indoor pool (usable all year long, 11,5 m x 4,5 m, depth 1,2 m). Indoor pool 52 m². So that everyone has the right to visit the indoor pool, everyone can only make a reservation once during their stay and they can go to the pool a second or third time at any time, provided there are not yet 8 people in it.
