You'll have all the comforts you need: a bright living room with a lounge and dining area, a modern, fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a lovely communal swimming pool for residents to relax in after a day's sightseeing!
Bed linen and towels included. Pets welcome on request.

Accommodation:
Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is made up as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful, light-filled living area comprising a sitting area with a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV as well as a dining area with a convivial dining table that can seat up to 4 people.
- A functional, fully-equipped kitchenette: fridge, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, etc.

Sleeping area:
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
- Bathroom with bath, vanity unit and hairdryer.
- Separate WC.

Outside area :
- A beautiful 10x5m swimming pool, shared by the residence. The pool is open from June to the end of September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.

Neighbourhood :
The residence is ideally located in a quiet, pleasant area just 200 m from the town centre, where you will find all the shops you need: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, etc.

Activities :
- Relaxation on the beach and water sports: sailing, paddle, diving, etc.
- Hiking and mountain biking
- Visits to wineries and tastings of local produce.
- Aoubré l'Aventure Nature, Parachute, escape game, car tour...
- Visits to surrounding towns and villages: Lorgues, Encasteaux, Draguignan, Vidauban, Roquebrune-sur-Argens...

- Bus: "Le Luc" stop 2 minutes' walk from the accommodation.
- Gonfaron railway station 10 km away (12 min by car).
- Saint-Tropez airport 40 km away (47 min by car).

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- Accompanying adults are entirely responsible for any swimming by children.
- The swimming pool is accessible via keys and wristbands which you will find inside the accommodation.
