Bon séjour mais des améliorations à prévoir .....

Maison spacieuse et bien aménagée mais le bois présent dans dans toute la maison, murs, poutres et frisette rendent les piÚces sombres surtout au rez-de-chaussée. Eclairage insuffisant dans la cuisine (manque une rampe lumineuse au-dessus de la plaque de cuisson.) et dans la salle à manger (éclairage uniquement avec des lampadaires).La cabine de douche à l'étage est vétuste et peu pratique. Le terrain est agréable et l'environnement est calme. Le portail en bois qui ferme la propriété est trÚs vétuste et mériterait un remplacement.....

Bon séjour sur cette location aux chambres spacieuses, les atouts : l'emplacement qui permet des balades en vélo en bord de mer et jusqu'en ville, Soustons, Vieux-Boucau, Seignosse, Hossegor avec la vélodyssée. La terrasse couverte et sa plancha! Les écureuils dans les arbres le matin au petit déjeuner! Les équipements sont corrects mais en dessous du 4 étoiles annoncé par l'agence à l'arrivée qui génÚrent une taxe de séjour de 2,50 euros/jour/pers à prévoir dans le budget. (Classement non défini par l'agence mais par la région)

Séjour fort appréciable dans un logement idéalement situé. Maison bien équipée et tout à fait gérable pour deux famille avec deux enfants chacun.
