Dolphin Cove Condo's a waterfront community centrally located between Canal St. and Flagler Ave. Enjoy the sunsets from the community dock and watch the dolphins play. This unit offer 2 bedrooms 2 baths and is a end unit. Marble countertops throughout and stainless appliances in the kitchen. This Waterfront community has a fishing area, gazebo for group outdoor gatherings, and privately owned boat slips on the boardwalk on the river. Being so near to downtown historic district, allows for a brief walk to the farmers market, restaurants, and/or golf cart ride to cafes and coffee shops. Only 1 mile over the North bridge down Flagler Ave to the beach.

New Smyrna Beach on the river

Great location, within 2 miles of beach over North Causeway, walking distance to Canal Street and shops, Farmer's Market on Saturday, art fair, all easily reached on foot. Privacy on enclosed deck, lovely gazebo for sitting and reading by the river. Owners very accessible and accommodating. We had a great time.
