Fabulously relaxing, spotless, well equipped

Murielle was lovely, we communicated via Google translate. The property was easy to find. It’s in a lovely situation, the last bungalow, in the road, overlooking vines and a windmill. Everything you can think of you might want , the bungalow is equipped with, plus starter supplies. A very relaxing place to stay 20 minutes tops to Pons or Jonzac with their large supermarkets. Highly recommended for a relaxing time in nature.

Excellent séjour dans cette petite maison calme dans laquelle on se sent vite chez soi.Située en bordure d'un petit village charentais typique, avec vue sur la vigne et un vieux moulin. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et discrets.La litterie est très bien et l'équipement tout a fait correct.Un petit plus: la boulangerie pâtisserie artisanale du village: la galette charentaise est une tuerie.

Parfait authentique et magnifique

Excellent emplacement face aux vignes et au moulin que les propriétaires nous ont fait visiter en toute sympathie. Le logement est impeccable, les lits sont top et l'équipement complet, accueil chaleureux, a conseiller absolument, top pour séjour pmr! nos enfants de 5 et 9 ans ont également adoré, merci aux poirier, au plaisir!

Séjour parfait au coeur des vignes

La maison est vraiment jolie, bien équipée et hyper fonctionnelle. Elle est idealement située car on peut facilement acceder à la mer ( Royan , Ile d’oleron, Fort Boyard...) ou visiter les terres ( Cognac, Saintes, randonnées ...). L’accueil est très sympa. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute, très attentionnés et de bons conseils. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la spécialité du coin offerte à notre arrivée et la terrasse du jardin nous a offert un cadre magnifique et tellement calme pour en profiter. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Un vrai bonheur

Nous avons passé un séjour idéal dans ce gîte entouré de vignes, idéalement placé pour profiter de la région. Situé à 1 h de routes des grandes villes autour (La rochelle, Angoulême, Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan). Cette location est fonctionnelle et on se sent vite comme chez nous. Murielle et Yannick sont disponibles tout en restant distants. Nous reviendrons surement.

des vacances de rêve !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en Charente et nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques tout en restant très discrets : ils sont de bon conseil pour les visites à effectuer et ont un réel sens du contact avec leurs locataires. Nous avons été charmés par cette jolie maison très propre et très fonctionnelle. Une grande salle de bain avec une belle douche très fonctionnelle, une grande cuisine, des chambres spacieuses. Les lits étaient très confortables, ainsi que le coin salon. Rien à dire au niveau de la propreté : nous avions l'impression d'entrer dans un logement tout neuf. Les photos mises en ligne sur abritel sont très fidèles à la réalité. Marignac est un coquet village très agréable pour des amoureux de la nature et de la tranquillité. La maison est située au bout d'une impasse avec une jolie vue sur les vignes. Le terrain clos tout autour est très sécurisant pour les plus jeunes enfants. Pour les plus grands, il est possible d'aller gambader sur les chemins alentours. Nos garçons de 8 et 11 ans ont adoré leurs vacances et se sont sentis tout de suite à l'aise dans cette jolie maison si bien conçue. Merci à Murielle et Yannick : c'était parfait ! (Avec en bonus, la visite du moulin et cet apéritif si convivial où nous avons eu le plaisir de déguster votre pineau...) Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr.

Petit séjour magnifique avec vue sur la campagne verdoyante , les vignes, le moulin ! La maison est très fonctionnelle et les propriétaires accueillants et généreux. Un endroit au calme ou il fait bon se reposer et profiter de ses vacances bref un petit bijou qui donne envie de revenir : nous y pensons déjà bonne continuation à vous kenavo laetitia et eric de BREST
