Dear Veronica. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your stay was accompanied by certain difficulties. The apartment is equipped with a boiler that provides hot water; unfortunately, you did not have the time to familiarize yourself with its use, and we were therefore unable to provide full assistance. We always strive to respond promptly to our guests’ requests, but this requires both time and willingness to cooperate. We would also like to clarify an important point regarding the stay of foreign citizens. In the Republic of Belarus, there are two different procedures: registration and declaration. Registration is the responsibility of the traveler and applies only for stays longer than 10 days. Declaration, however, is the responsibility of property owners or hotels and is required regardless of the duration of a foreign guest’s stay. To fulfill this legal obligation, we requested the documents of your companion, but unfortunately, you refused to provide them. This fact objectively limited our ability to comply with the law. We also understand that your expectations seemed more in line with hotel-level service. However, staying in a private apartment is different: occasionally, minor household issues may arise, which we are always ready to help resolve — but only with the guest’s cooperation. We regret that your stay was less comfortable than expected and thank you for your comments, which help us to improve.
